Birch Lake Loon Watch

We now have two pair of loons nesting at Birch Lake. One pair has two young that have just hatched within the past day or so. If I can obtain a picture, it will be posted here on the blog. No one has noticed babies around the other pair -- but I'll let you know if I hear that they've hatched.

Here's a picture of one loon family. They were at the end of the dock this morning.
